"Pros: The staff.
Although they could do with employing more in the restaurant. The minimal staff in there meant they were run off their feet during meal times which meant they couldn’t provide the best care when eating and wasn’t easy to get a drink with your meal as it isn’t self serve drinks.
The hotel was very clean and the Eclair shop was beautiful. Very under used so it is nice and quiet.
Cons: The lighting in the hotel rooms was bad. It felt like it was missing a main light like you would have in a room for it to be bright enough to see clearly. Only a few spot lights around the edge of the room.
Not enough Sunbeds when it got really busy. People reserve their beds even when not in use and it was very frustrating. Sometimes the areas around sunbeds weren’t clean enough due to previous people the day before dropping food everywhere. They tried to keep on top of that but was a few times where it slipped.
Really struggled with communication at the front desk. Asked a few questions when there but didn’t get good responses. So left still unsure.
Air con. Simply not good enough in the restaurant or rooms. It’s too hot to not have ice cold air con. And no air con in corridors to rooms or eating area at the end of restaurant. It was incredibly hot in there when you were sat down to eat."

"Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, and ample choice of food and drinks. There is a lot to do for each and every family member, from group classes and children playground to pool parties, shows and nightlife. You can always grab something to eat or drink regardless of the hour, and the snack area is probably the most extensive buffet I’ve ever seen for a quick bite!
Cons: As everywhere in the area, the shops at the venue are extremely pricy - up to 5 times the regular price.
The mattresses in the room are also super soft, which did not help my back problema."
