A special thank you to Mr İbrahim Ersek, the Guest Relations Manager, who looked after us throughout our stay. He was caring, efficient, and always approachable, and made us feel truly welcomed. We also want to mention Gökhan, the spa & wellness expert, who was fantastic – professional, friendly, and made our spa experience really memorable. We especially enjoyed the water activities, relaxing in the spa, dining at the variety of restaurants, and the evening shows, which were top-level even by 5-star standards. Highly recommended.
