"Pros: Quirky, original and fantastic overall. From the warm welcome by Deb and Simon and all the staff, to the gorgeous pool area, the lovely art and style of the rooms, the friendly dogs and cats (massive bonus for me!) this place is as unique as it comes. Any (minor) issues were resolved immediately, the food is freshly made, bar service impeccable, other guests were warm and friendly too! Everyone I met there was a returning customer, and I'll be one of them too. The apartment was amazing, everything you need, cute little balcony, kitchen, lounge area, we'll equipped rooms. Location is great for some peace and quiet. A short stroll down the steep hills, but lovely scenery and an easy taxi back up. Coffee shops, mini mart, restaurants and great facilities just a few yards away. Truly felt welcome, a place where you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. Cons: Nothing at all, I loved it here and can't wait to return again! Having to lock the door to the room without being able to put the light on was tricky at times. Although I always felt perfectly safe, staying alone I always lock the door at night. The key fob is needed to activate the power in the room, so in the dark you can't see to lock it, not a massive issue, but trickier after a wine at night. (Possibly easily resolved, but it wasn't enough of a problem to bother asking 😄 honestly was a tiny inconvenience rather than a problem)." ~Madeline
