"Pros: Hotel was brilliant and service was excellent! They knew we were recently engaged and kindly upgraded our room free of charge. The staff went over and above organizing dinner reservations and making excellent reservations for us and were very attentive. Cons: We ordered cocktails from the hotel bar and they were terrible - however, we got these free of charge due to the poor quality." ~Katie
