"Pros: From the hotel itself is 10/10 by far one of the best hotels I've been to and in terms of service from staff, it was the best service I've received in a hotel. This hotel is definitely in my top 5! The butler team are amazing, friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Amazing facilities for children and kids club is massive with lots to do. The restaurants had a good selection of food and the quality of the food was excellent. Cons: Most restaurants are outdoors so in the rain they'll all be closed apart from the main restaurant." ~Jmiah
