"Pros: Breakfast was OK for this price. Room facilities are also price match. Cons: We book a double room and we have a 6 year old daughter. I checked the rooms' photos and I saw the picture that has extra bed. Then, I checked hotel policies for children and beds and it said stay until 7 years old is free, crib is free and no info for the price of extra bed but it's written that extra bed is upon availability. I wrote the hotel 2 days before we went that we need extra bed. They request extra money but there is no information about the cost of this extra bed and even it's written that crib is free, so we assume extra bed is also free. We couldn't change our booking because we paid in advance and when we get there they charge us 750 TL (18 Dollars) for one night for extra bed. They need to change the room photos and also the extra bed policy information to be clear about its price." ~Mustafa
