"Pros: The hotel is very well situated with the best view of the hot air balloons. All staff went out of their way to fulfill any requests we had. I have to mention Sera in reception who went the extra mile to help me with the car rental company… You are a super star… thanks again! Cons: The many stairs… but I understand that it can’t be any different! Would be great if we had the option of choice of a room with less stairs as I had a knee replacement… maybe ask future guests about it or mention it when they book." ~Johanna
