"Pros: Staff nice. Helpful, clean, pools clean but very cold but expected for time year. Food good but I'm not a big fan of buffet food so mixed it up with visits to local restraunts. Very good value for money and despite my negative comments about the Spa I would go again at the price I paid. Cons: They should shut down/ condemn the Spa I've never seen a facility like this in such a poor state of repair It looked like a building site. Sauna and Steam room were filthy, holes in the ceiling. Glass panels leaning against the wall,tiles missing in pools, jacuzzi was just a tub of cold water with tiles missing, not hot and no bubbles. In the UK health and safety would have shut the spa down. Shame because if it didn't have a spa I wouldn't mind but to advertise that it has a spa is ridiculous. A guy was trying to sell massages which I would normally like but in no way would I consider going in the Spa area again." ~Darren
