"Pros: Friendly Owners, mosquito nets and air con at no extra cost. We were upgraded to a 2 bed room apartment at no extra cost for some reason and overall cleanliness was good. We had 2 balconies which was great, a view over the hill and a view over the pool. Cons: The apartment was not cleaned on every 4th day as stated and we had to buy our own toilet roll (I am sure if we asked we would have got extra toilet roll). We were given fresh towel when we asked. The toilet brush was not clean and constantly falling apart and the toilet roll holder was constantly falling off the wall. It was repaired once when we asked however it was not a permanent fix. I am positive the owners would have tried to resolve this but it is such a small problem and it wasn’t integral to a comfortable stay. A microwave would have been good." ~Tina
