"Pros: Everything was amazing! There’s something for every age group of people. The unlimited food & drinks, spacious & comfortable rooms, cleanliness, customer services, polite staff, variety of activities, outstanding performances in the shows. Also friendly helpful customer service from the concierge (Mr Huseyin) in organising our private yacht day trip and King Gazebo day. We also appreciate his help in arranging the travel to Gocek Marina and a surprise birthday celebration cake and balloons at the yacht on a very last minute request. Thank you! Cons: Airports transfers should have been included in the price of deluxe rooms , especially knowing the airport is only 20mins away from the hotel. Also i wish if the hotels private beach had clear sand to walk on as the pebbles are not easy to walk on." ~Mohammad
