"Pros: The hotel is large, the staff are very kind and helpful, the view is beautiful, the sea is lovely, the pool is clean, and the food is good—especially dinner, which offers many options and is delicious. Whenever there’s a problem, the staff frequently check in and take immediate action to resolve it. They are very responsive and supportive.
Another great point is that a dolmuş (minibus) passes right in front of the hotel every 20 minutes, which makes it easy to reach Çeşme city center. The ride costs 55 TL.
Cons: There was a strange smell coming from the toilet, and we constantly had to keep the air freshener on. On the first evening we arrived, tea was served for free with dinner. However, afterwards, tea service was moved to a different bar, which made it inconvenient. Although tea was still free there, we weren’t allowed to bring it back to the dining area or bring our desserts to the bar. The only way to have tea where we ate was to pay for it.
Also, some essential items were not regularly restocked in the room—we had to request them before they were brought. The same product was used as both shampoo and body wash, which wasn’t really appropriate.
In addition, there weren’t daily activities—only some for children. There was no nightclub or evening entertainment, so after dinner, you either had to go out or just sleep.
Overall, I would rate this hotel 4 stars instead of 5."
