"Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent with a beautiful view of the Pigeon Valley and the Goreme Hills. The breakfast terrace has the best view. The room was large and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests you may have. Excellent English and easy to communicate with. We had some problems with the shower and it was fixed within a day. The breakfast was very good. Cons: There is no housekeeping and this is not ideal for a 4 night stay as the floor in this cave room gets dusty very quickly. This is partly our fault as they would have cleaned the room had we asked. However, a quick daily cleaning of the floor and taking out the rubbish seems reasonable for this type of hotel with nice suites." ~Pierre.geo
