"Pros: The staff was very polite and friendly, especially Haroon,Ahmad and the other Turkish guy at the reception. The breakfast was excellent and the people who is working at the restaurant were very nice and support always us. The location is nice, very close to the airport, but at the top of the mountain and 15 minutes from Trabzon Square. The room was very nice and always they clean the room. The hotel is 2 minutes from a street full of Arabic restaurants and shops and hotels and always crowded with people make it friendly neighborhood. Cons: Nothing" ~Majed
