"Pros: Nice room that was big and spacious with a large double bed, a single bed and a 2 seater sofa. The room was clean and well maintained. The cleaner was very friendly and helpful. The reception staff are helpful, professional and friendly. The lady behind the bar makes good cocktails and is friendly, professional and made us feel very welcome. The food is of the standard I would expect and some of the fresh cooked food was very tasty, Onor was very nice as a waiter and went out of his way to communicate and make us laugh. The pools are great with a river swimming pool that went past our room. The grounds are well maintained and are very relaxing. Memett wanders around the hotel selling boat trips and watersports, he hits the right notes and comes across as very professional and also relaxed. Cons: The Palm bar was closed so it is a long walk to the pool bar and there is limited seating there." ~Spencer
