"Pros: Overall staff are professional and courteous. Very welcoming and friendly. Daniela, the customer relations mgr, is exceptionally attentive and always helpful. Shout out for young team incl.Aznar, Adar Enre jnr & Della (sorry for any mistype). Nice pool, nice breakfast but the human aspect made the big difference for us. Well done! Cons: Too much music around the pool. At times different stuff piped out at same time from two sources. Some poor finish/dated decor in small (for ‘superior’) sized bedroom and shower room." ~Frank
