"Pros: Location is perfect and very beautiful Cons: - There was a smell coming from the toilet which they couldn’t do anything - The jaccuzi is a joke and waste of money, the water pressure was very low took us more than 2 hours to fill, then once turned on dirt came out (yaki) bphotos provided, and when water level just enough, the jaccuzi start leaking so I have to call them at night to come to my room to fix it and drain the water !!!!😔 wasting my night and money Very disappointing and when I told the management they did nothing" ~Elhabil

"Pros: The stay was excellent and I would like to thank Mr. Kamal’s family for the hospitality. We felt like we were living among our family. The location is exceptional. The breakfast was wonderful. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and we will definitely stay there again if we visit Trabzon in the future" ~Moustafa
