"Pros: Guest relation service is very helpfull and quite friendly, always replies fast on any questions . Staff is ok. The variety of food is ok. The territorry and location of the hotel is pretty good. The kids club is pretty good. Guest relation gifted us a dinner in la carta restaurant. Thanks)
Evening shows are the best, comparing other hotels shows in Antalya where we had a chance to visit ( more than 20 hotels).

Cons: The room was a bit tired and had lhigh level of humidity. The bedding and clothing were always wet. Its not standard room of 5 star hotel for sure, 3 stars max. The cleaning service was very light to eliminate all dirt, so sand and rock n the shower and balcony were always with us. It was uncomfortable to walk at the balcony as sand sticked to the feet. The space in the wardrobe is ocupied with safebox and there is no room to keep clothing even for 1 person.

"Pros: The resort has multiple activities for kids and great variety of food with very good hygiene.
Cons: I was expecting a better and flexible response when i have contacted the property multiple times with no support whatsoever , i have booked three rooms which were non refundable but flexible to change as per booking and i wanted to change the dates for one of the rooms only and i was immediately told that i should pay the penalty for the change , i have contacted booking snd they stated that they will email the property then i was told by booking team that i need to contact the property directly. i have called the property 4 times but zero support from reservation team .the reception team should be more welcoming and supportive ."
