They never smile at you, they are cheating, the "don't see you" when you come and ask something. And they speak very bad english. It's really strange, because stuff at the restaurant is so kind and nice. Toilets at rooms smells terrible. In general the condition of the bathrooms is very poor; broken wall tiles, broken shower, mold, etc. Many problems can be solved in 1-2 days, but no one does this. The hotel is very large and there are only two small elevators. Each time you have to wait a long time, and then you stand in stuffy and cramped conditions. There is no ventilation in the elevator.
