"Pros: The location is great, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It's nice having the whole rooftop to yourself. Cons: - No hot water: I turned up the water heater all the way and waited several hours for the water to become hot, yet it could only produce hot water for about 5 seconds before running out. - Unclean towel and bedding: they smelled very bad, especially the towel, and there were bits of toilet paper under the bed sheets which I assume were from the previous guest. - The wetroom doesn't drain properly, and so taking a shower floods the kitchen. - The property was advertised as having a full kitchen, but there's no stove; only a sink and an old oven. - The property was advertised as having a waching machine, but it's kept in the closet and there's no way to connect it to the water supply. - The AC remote has no batteries. I found some in the closet, but they were dead. - The apartment appears clean enough at first glance, but after settling in, you realise that it's been cleaned to the minimum just in order to give the appearance of cleanliness, when in reality it's not actually clean. - I could tell the host didn't want me to look around too much when he met me to give me the key. As the first thing, he quickly showed me the terrace, as it's the only nice thing about the apartment itself, then was quick to give me the key, take payment, and leave. I can only assume that he knew that if I took even 2 minutes to look around, I'd realise how poor of a condition the place is in and wouldn't want to stay. - The host said the price was 245 TND. I gave him 250 and was expecting he'd give me change, but he just took the 250 and left. I didn't say anything because 5 TND isn't a lot of money, but on a matter of prinicple he should've given me change. - This is the second worst place I've ever stayed in. The only reason it's not the worst is because there weren't any rats. (Oh, the stories I have.) I have no idea how this place has a rating of 8.8, unless he paid some friends or family to give him good ratings." ~Conner
