"Pros: The location and its clean, Cons: We‏ chose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. We had requested room decorations to mark the occasion, which were confirmed but never provided. More significantly, the air conditioning was a major issue. The room was uncomfortably hot, a serious concern as we were traveling with our baby. We were told that the air conditioning system is only operational from June to September, a policy that is frankly unacceptable for a five-star hotel." ~Sondos
