Cons: Just a heads up flat is at 4th floor and has no lift. Therefore, if anyone has mobility problem going up and down the flat might be difficult for them."

Stains on carpets in hallway and living room ( perhpas these deficiencies where not reported to the owner before not sure., we communicated it via Whatsapp but no reply sadly).
Neigbours played piano and ukulele instruments until mindight and even until 3 in the night each day during our week around Christmas there.
