"Pros: Location is close to town centre, public transport and shops. Cons: Just a heads up flat is at 4th floor and has no lift. Therefore, if anyone has mobility problem going up and down the flat might be difficult for them." ~Maria

"Pros: We rented on short notice but this was no problem. Check-in instructions were sent in time and accurate enough to get into the apartment within 5 minutes (the external door code has two parts which was not obvious). The equipment is in good condition so you can prepare your meals or tea and coffee. Internet is very good and fridge works very well. We could always find free parking space near the apartment. Old city center in walking distance. ALDI and Netto 1.5 km away. Cons: We were surprised that the apt is located sort of in the basement. But this was not really a disadvantage because the windows were still above groud. So you have a full view of the interior courtyard (from a groundhog's perspective). There was nobody there so we didn't feel bothered. During the night we closed the window screens but kept the window with the moskito net open." ~Indyj

"Pros: Central location to get to old town, tram and bus stations House Looks modern from outisde and renovated inside Nice Kitchen with dishwasher Modern bathroom We Liked the bed. Sofa was also fine for sleeping Bakery, small shop and small supermarket in vicinity Cons: Showerspray-holder was broken Stains on carpets in hallway and living room ( perhpas these deficiencies where not reported to the owner before not sure., we communicated it via Whatsapp but no reply sadly). Neigbours played piano and ukulele instruments until mindight and even until 3 in the night each day during our week around Christmas there. Missing power cable for TV in sleeping room" ~Michael

"Pros: The property I located within 15min walk from old town and most attractions. There is a lovely bakery across the road from the house, as well pizza house. Property was very clean and contained all kitchen amenities, even washing machine. Owner communicated very well and all instructions were provided upon arrival. Great place to stay! Cons: The property is on the 3rd floor without lift, which can be an issue if you've a big suitcase." ~Violet
