"Pros: We stayed here for 10 days as a family of 4. 2 kids aged 10 and 16. A good location, just outside of the hustle and bustle of Pattaya. A well presented and spacious villa, very close to a beautiful secluded beach. Set in a peaceful complex of villa's, ideal for families looking for a peaceful escape of the craziness of the city. The pool is a welcome addition, and the bikes came in handy for a trip to the beach and local shop. We used Bolt taxis to travel with costs of 70 baht to the nearest supermarket and around 200 baht to Pattaya centre. All in all, a very well-appointed villa that was good value for money for the quality of accommodation provided. I must mention the Pool Bar next door serves fantastic traditional Thai and English dishes and also has a pool table. It's definitely worth a visit. Cons: The kitchen amenities and utensils could be improved, and there is scope for a few items within the house to be updated. The beds did seem a little firm, but we are used to very soft mattresses. These are very minor details and shouldn't go against your decision in booking this villa." ~Rich
