"Pros: Location
Cons: Had a booking for a specific type of twin ( for 2 man) and king rooms. Arrived at 6pm to find out that our rooms have been given to other guests that arrived earlier and they no longer had the rooms we booked and paid. The staff could not care less. No apology !! Just said “we don’t have “
They showed us some other rooms and only after a lot of effort they opened a family room that had the bed types we needed.
The strange part was their apathy to the situation. They could not care less"
