"Pros: Excellent villa for the price, 9 of us stayed here for 16 nights and we enjoyed it, the area is quiet but 5 minutes walk to local town of Rawai. There is a few bars and restaurants literally just around the corner. The cleaners came every 3/4 days and did an excellent job, would most definitely stay here again."
