"Pros: It’s a well located hotel, comfortable bed, very friendly hotel personnel and there’s mostly everything you need waiting for you in the room (fridge, AC, toiletries, etc). Hotel offered a laundry service for a good price which is really helpful for longer stays like ours. Cons: We had an initial misunderstanding regarding deposit, which was not mentioned while booking and requested upon arrival. A bit unpleasant experience where hotel could’ve been more understandable but fine. WiFi is not the best, doesn’t cover all floors and very often we had issues with WiFi." ~Petar
