"Pros: amazing views. unmatched to any other hotel in Patong. it was also exclusive at quiet. Cons: • Slope very steep,‘only accessibly by car. your tour busses / Tuktuk s can’t go in and you would have to hike if you take those • No hot water for first 2 days of our stay. in fact water had stopped completely on day 2 and we had to go find and wake the maintenance personnel up • No hotel lobby / etc. • No daily turn down service • Many insects at night that will get into your rooms if you are not careful to close your bed room door properly • One of the rooms aircon very loud • One of the rooms toilet cannot flush" ~Hardik
