"Pros: Nice and helpful staff, nice location and good beds. Fast laundry service and they also provide good advice on what to do Cons: There is space between the bed and the wall on the pillow side. Which means if the person above you turn its light on you get all the light as well and it will wake you up. Also if the person above you drops something, it will fall on your head potentially.
