"Pros: Beautiful location and nice weather. Excellent room cleanliness Cons: Too hilly. Beach not as clean as it could have been. Staff reluctant to do more than the necessary Food choice limited especially room service and not overly culinary Duty Manager rather defensive when we tried to make a complaint and not overly sympathetic Long boat taxis were charging varying prices with no consistency Hotel needs to clearly state that holiday makers need to arrive at Phuket Airport early enough to ensure that connecting transportation reaches destination on time. We had to stay elsewhere on our first night as we were too late for the ferries. We were very disappointed" ~Steve
