All members of the hotel staff were extremely thoughtful, hospitable and professional — they went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs are met, and that our stay is as comfortable as possible. The hotel boasts an amazing location — it’s located on a beautiful, sandy stretch of Khao Lak beach. The hotel’s beach beds are located on the beach (very close to the water) and are easily accessible from all rooms. We saw some incredible sunsets the 3 nights that we were there. The hotel manager is a kind and warm lady, and checked in on us multiple times during our stay." ~Suchir
