Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of THB 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be informed that complimentary fruit offered one time per stay and limited to 1 kilogram, collected at the hotel's fruit shop (located opposite the main lobby) with voucher presented. All guests MUST BE pre-registered. Non-preregistered guest are NOT ALLOWED in guest rooms under any circumstances. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in at the property. For non-refundable rates, please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in.
