"Pros: Incredible beautiful peaceful view over the stream from the deck.
Cons: Soppong is a nice small authentic quiet Thai village, but it does not have much to offer except proximity to the spectacular hills, caves and winding roads. No motorbike rentals... our hotel helped us find one 30 minutes away near Cave Lodge.
Almost no restaurants and most of them close around 6 pm. That is wonderful if you are prepared and enjoy a brief escape from the backpacker crowd."

"Pros: This place is truly delightful! It's in the village but really feels like a peaceful jungle. Da the owner is sweet and a great cook. She made delicious food for dinner and breakfast. Food so good that I came back for lunch after riding around the areas for a few hours. I stayed only one night but really enjoyed my time. Thank you!"
