"Pros: I love this hotel as it's very safe, clean and convenient for me. The price was double what I usually pay at this hotel, so a little expensive! But maybe because it was Chinese New Year. This trip, I stayed, for the second time, in the new rooms with a balcony. Much brighter than original rooms, which I prefer. The balcony gives a feeling of space and lets in natural light. Cons: My only disappointments are, no bedside table(s) on which to put anything, no bed light, to read, and lights turn off only at the entrance door! I love the balcony, but there is nothing to sit on! Some semi clear curtains would provide privacy, without blocking out the light. Lovely glass doors open onto balcony, but no mosquito screens, so cannot leave open and enjoy the fresh air!! I would rather not use air conditioning when free fresh air is available!! The TV is very clear but it would be nice to have one channel which showed English news etc. I live in Thailand and I accept that the language is Thai!!! However, sometimes when staying in a hotel away from home, it is comforting to be able to watch the news or a movie in English. It would be really nice to be provided with a hot water jug to make an early morning coffee/tea before showering etc." ~Christine
