This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 7.5 per electrical unit. Please be informed that bath towels and bed linens are provided. Towels are changed twice a week and linen is changed once a week. Please be informed that the property kindly requests for guests to notify their expected arrival time at least 48 hours to arrange the staff to process the check-in and to hand over the room keys.
