"Pros: We commend the staff for being very nice and accommodating. Wasn’t able to get their names, but especially the girl at the front desk and the cleaning girl staff exuded warmth and attentiveness. The male staff were also very polite and attended to us when we had our bedsheet changed and when we needed a ride to the pier.
The welcome drinks and breakfast were also amazing. The wifi was pretty good too—comparing to the wifi at the hotel that we’re staying at now in Bangkok.
Cons: The room had a little bit of mildewy smell when we arrived, but it disappeared once we got the air-conditioning running. Our bedroom blanket also had some droplets of a weird-smelling liquid but the staff changed it out for us when we asked. There was also not enough hooks for towels in the bathroom so we had to hang them on the door handles."
