"Pros: We had a great two-night stay at Sunflower Boathouse. We came as a family of four with two young children, and we loved it. We felt safe, the family room and the outside terrace space we had were perfect. The attached restaurant served great food and drinks, and the view from there was absolutely stunning. It's a kind of place that allows you to rest and reset - with some good music too. Staying in the wooden house was very special. The beds were very comfy, and we also had the mosquito nets. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and communication before our arrival was excellent. Great location too, good for the beach and for the walk to the viewing points. Overall, staying there felt like going back in time into the old school travelling world, and we were happy to experience it as a family.
Cons: It would have been great to have some shelves around the room."

"Pros: Approximately 15 minutes walk from the pier and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The 12 bed dormitory room had air conditioning and at the far end was a sink in the middle for hand washing and either side a toilet and shower, adequate enough. Privacy curtains, electric light and electric socket and comfortable bed. Entry by card which costs 200 baht refunded when you check out. Free breakfast of coffee, Thai biscuits and banana. All in all excellent. Outside area for relaxing and chilling.
