Wishing Tree is a stylish new resort set in a peaceful riverside woodland habitat on the outskirts of Khon Kean (Isaan region). The Wishing Tree represents the provincial tree called the “Pick Shower Tree” (Cassia Bakeriana) which means providing support and preventing decline. The resort embraces the natural beauty of the surrounding area with the added charm of the Chi River, lush greenery, traditional rice fields and the Northeastern way of life. All of the 48 rooms and villas are designed to embrace the natural beauty of the surroundings and Northeastern way of life by using regional architecture, subtle textured details, and also by being environmental friendly. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and are accented with timber and glass partitions. All units offer an amazing view overlooking the river, pool or landscaped gardens from the comfort of the love seat on your private veranda. Features both indoor & outdoor areas, a relaxing and cozy open air lounge bar and terrace with sofa seating, surrounded by the garden. Outside terrace with a view overlooking the Chi River seats 86 and inside the restaurant is air conditioned and seats 70.The restaurant is reached by crossing a rope and bamboo bridge and is surrounded by nature, fully grown trees.
