Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. Room rates on 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately. Additional adult or additional children are required to pay at the property at 3,500 THB per person per night per room.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
