"Pros: The stay was generally comfortable — the room was clean, the bed was cozy, and the overall hotel facilities were nice. Staff at the reception were helpful, and check-in/check-out went smoothly. Cons: However, there were two major downsides. First, there was loud maintenance work going on during our stay, which made it hard to relax. We weren’t informed about this beforehand, and no apology or compensation was offered, which was disappointing. Second, the golf cart service to the rooms wasn’t pleasant. The driver seemed unfriendly and clearly expected a tip. When not given, his attitude changed noticeably, which made the rides uncomfortable." ~Majid
