A damage deposit of THB 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property provides a free shuttle service to and from Kata Beach between 09:00 - 18:00. Please be informed that the credit card used for reservation must be presented upon check-in and the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guests name. If the guest fails to present the credit card, a new payment will be required. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply
