"Pros: The room itself included a kitchen and washing machine as advertised.
Cons: The Ozone Condotel pool was under renovations the entire visit and the WiFi didn’t work. We never would have booked this apartment for our Phuket holiday if we had known. The shower had no water pressure and there was a bit of a mildew smell. This is the worst booking we’ve ever experienced and we told the owner and the front desk we were leaving after the first night because of the pool and WiFi. We were still charged for the whole stay and booking.com didn’t support us properly. I am disappointed that booking.com is willing to work with a company that uses false advertising to get bookings and then doesn’t fix the problem by allowing the person to cancel the booking when it was only made through lies. The individual who checked us into the apartment did not treat the property like a business and should not be renting it out unless they are willing to handle issues professionally and honestly. This was a complete bait-and-switch experience. The listing was misleading, and the property failed to deliver on the most basic expectations for a comfortable stay.
The pool, which was one of the primary reasons we booked this location, was under renovation the entire time, and this was not disclosed in advance. The WiFi was completely nonfunctional, making it impossible to stay connected, which was another critical feature we relied on.
On top of that, the shower barely worked due to almost no water pressure, and there was a persistent mildew smell in the apartment, making the space unpleasant to stay in. These are basic amenities that any guest should expect, and yet they were not provided.
We informed both the property owner and the front desk immediately after the first night that we were leaving because of these issues, but we were still charged for the entire stay. To make matters worse, booking.com offered no meaningful support or resolution.
It is incredibly disappointing that booking."
