"Pros: The house, swimmingpool and guesthouse are exactly as in the pictures. It is all very new and we felt like a king in our castle :) Every bedroom has AC and all facilities are there. The owner was very nice and relaxt. She even helped us with our luggage. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
Cons: There was a small problem with a toilet, caused mainly because everything is still new. A mechanic came immediately and fixed it"

I came back for two more nights. The Bungalows were very nicely decorated,
I really loved the art by the owner that is in the rooms and in the dining area. The owner and his wife were very helpful and I enjoyed her breakfast cooking. When I'm back in Chang Mai I will definitely stay here again
Cons: It's a little far from downtown but if you have a scooter it's not that far of a drive. It's very peaceful and worth the drive"
