The property is 300 metres from a local market. It is 3.7 km to Clock Tower and 3.9 km to Saturday Night Walking Street. Chiang Rai Airport is located 11 km away. Rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV, refrigerator and electric kettle. Shower facilities are included in an en suite bathroom. Breakfast is served at the restaurant, which opens from 06:30 - 09:00.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of THB 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Children ages 2 and older are allowed. Children from 2 years old to 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 13 years old and over stay for THB 250 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
