While the surrounding area shows signs of wear like most side streets in Chaweng, the property itself is well-maintained. Room Quality The deluxe private room with window features a traditional Thai-style double bed (quite firm) and a compact bathroom. The room is notably small - two people would struggle to pass each other comfortably. Though basic, everything was impeccably clean. The "balcony" is actually just a window opening to the street, but despite proximity to the main road, noise wasn't an issue at night. Connectivity Internet was down for two days during my stay, though this was due to heavy rainfall in the area rather than a fault of the property. Management Run by a mother-daughter team who maintain strict standards and adherence to rules. They're friendly and accommodating but extremely particular about their property and policies. The manager demonstrated exceptional hospitality by personally driving me to the airport when my taxi failed to arrive - a level of service that truly stands out.
