Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa is located along Chaweng Beach and a 5-minute walk from Central Festival Samui. This sea-facing resort features an outdoor pool and a spa. Each room at Baan Chaweng comes with a safety deposit box, a minibar, and tea/coffee making facilities. Rooms have attached bathrooms and private balconies offering partial views of the sea. Buffet breakfast is served at the resort. Leelavadee Restaurant serves Thai and international specialities. Diners can have their meal on the terrace and enjoy views of the ocean. The resort provides tour arrangements and car rental. For guests’ convenience, luggage storage and laundry services are also available. Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa is a 15-minute drive from Samui Airport and a chargeable airport shuttle is provided. Nathon Town is a 30-minute drive away.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of THB 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. Children under 4 years can stay sharing bed with parents for THB 350 per child per night. Swimming pool and restaurant facilities closed till 30th June 2023 included due to renovations taking place in the meantime.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for THB 350 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 5 years old to 12 years old stay for THB 1,500 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
