"Pros: Needed a late check in as flew into Bangkok at 7.30 from Australia. Wasn't a problem. Staff all friendly and helpful. Suwanna does need a bit of a freshen up but for me still the best value for money and location in Chainat. Cons: Beds and shower heads need an upgrade." ~John

"Pros: Location. Value for money. Cons: Breakfast. We stay here regularly as a stop over between Chiang Mai and Hua Hin. We go to breakfast at 7:00 a.m. every time. The buffet breakfast is cooked and laid out so early the hot food has gone cold. Some items are in trays on burners but other items are not. The fried eggs (about 30) are just put on cold plates. They are always stone cold. My guess is the fried eggs have been sat there for at least 30 mins. When we arrive the chef is sat outside the restaurant. Between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. only 4 guests ate breakfast. Why can’t the chef cook fried eggs once the breakfast opens and do fresh ones as required. Or at least put them on a hot plate. As non-meat eaters this and fried rice there the only hit things we can eat. Very disappointing." ~Stephen
