"Pros: Location is great: walkable to the beach, nice view Cons: Upon arrival, we found the apartment was dirty and it was only cleaned the following day. Despite this, essential maintenance issues persisted throughout our stay: the window couldn't close properly, leading to leaks during rain; the batteries in the AC remote controllers were not replaced, leaving only one functional for the entire apartment. During rainy weather, water leaked through the walls in the living room, and there were no tools provided to address this issue. Additionally, there was no cleaning service included for the entire duration of our stay. Furthermore, prior to booking, we were informed of a potential switch to a new townhouse due to a double booking situation. However, we discovered this alternative property was priced significantly lower (about 400$) for our dates and situated far from the ocean, which felt misleading and disappointing. We declined and were allowed to stay in the originally booked apartment. Moreover, there was confusion upon arrival as the owner referred to buildings by letters (e.g., Building B), while they were actually identified by numerical signs, causing unnecessary confusion for our driver. Overall, our experience was marred by cleanliness issues, maintenance neglect, and misleading information regarding accommodation alternatives." ~Varvara
