Please note that the hotel provides complimentary transfer service from Mae Haad Pier (at the meeting point) for the Lomprayah and Seatran Ferry companies. The hotel requires guests to confirm their arrival time on the island 1-2 days before arrival. If a different ferry company has been booked, the guest is required to confirm with hotel about the exact arrival time otherwise the pick up service is not guaranteed. Please contact the hotel for more information. Please note that the hotel provides a free shuttle drop-off service to Mae Haad Pier 3 times a day. This is a drop-off only. The drop-off shuttle leaves daily from Pinnacle Koh Tao Resort at 08:15, 13:00 and 18:00 hrs. There are 1 return shuttles from the pier to the hotel at 21:30. The hotel requires guests to book the seat 1 hour prior to the departure. The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact the hotel’s reception for more information. Please be informed that the reception desk is available until 22:00 hrs.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 16 years old and over stay for THB 900 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
