I ve got a biiiiig brown cockroach in my room in the 2nd night, while receptionist told me this is normal and they can’t do anything.
The window of the bathroom didn’t close properly.
The noises of the birds animals insects were very noisy and I couldn’t sleep properly.
The food wasn’t good and very spicy even though i ve requested it to be not spicy.
The receptionist was very passive, I’ve booked a private tour and they were late, i’ve asked the receptionist if he can call the agency and he told me several times that it’s normal to be late and I have to wait…"
