I made an incorrect reservation for the wrong amount of people and he brought us another bed without a problem, even though it was late because we arrived at the last minute. Very clean rooms, wonderful view of a perfect sunset from the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful. I loved the two tea cups with "I love you" text on them, and tea bags.
